Pampas Grill is a Churrascaria or Brazilian BBQ/steakhouse. It is located at the Farmer’s Market in Los Angeles, next to the Grove. It was very packed this Sunday afternoon and had to wait in line for about 10 minutes before we could begin selecting our food. The food is served buffet style, but it is not All-You-Can-Eat. Each plate is sold by the pound with prices ranging from 7.95 for salad bar & buffet; $8.95 for salad bar, buffet and bbq; $12.95 for an All-Meat plate. I went with a mix of everything. I picked up some assorted side dishes such as potato salad, bread, rice, fried platanos & vegetables. For the meat, I selected the Sirloin Cap, Garlic Chicken, Spicy Chicken and Garlic Steak.

The meat was grilled to perfection and the chicken was very succulent. There was plenty of outdoor seating and it seems every passerby got hungry just watching us eat. I don’t blame them at all. The only issue I had was the price…Apparently, mine weighed in at around 2.5 pounds because I paid like almost $20 for that plate. They say the weight of the plate is subtracted from the total, but I am still skeptical. I have had Brazilian BBQ before that is just as good, same price, but all-you-can-eat. So will I go there again? Probably not, but was it good? Yes it was.

Very good meats. I recommend the Garlic Steak and Spicy Chicken.
Lines can get pretty long sometimes.
Outdoor and indoor seating available.
FREAKING EXPENSIVE!!!

You are sooooo right! It was great food but super expensive. For that price, everyone should try RIO CHURRASCARIA (Authentic Brazilian BBQ, All-you-can-eat) in La Mirada, CA.
I think that place caters to the crazy Beverly Hills crowd, which probably explains the price.
